In the great outdoor tradition of creating lists as a way to boast achievement, I decided that we should try to link a string of ski days together in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine–the four states that form the border of the United States from the Great Lakes to the Atlantic Ocean. Unfortunately however I really like saying the word “trifecta” a lot more than the words “four states,” so I decided that we could skip one state, and only ski three. Our choice (sorry Maine) was to ski in New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. Click the picture to find out how it went:
